SlotwiseEvery "how much?" DM answered. Even at midnight.
Your clients DM you while you're busy with someone else. Slotwise replies in seconds with your prices and info, then sends your booking link. You get more bookings and stop typing the same answers all day.
The DMs never stop. Your hands are busy.
Most clients ask the same few questions. If nobody answers quickly, they book with the next tech who does.
Set up in 3 steps. Nothing new to learn.
Send us your info
Your price list (a screenshot is fine), your hours and the booking link you already use, like Vagaro, GlossGenius, Square or Booksy.
We build your assistant
Your answers, written in your tone. We test every button before anything goes live. Ready in 2–3 days.
Connect with one button
You link your Instagram through the official Meta login. We never ask for your password.
A front desk for your DMs

All chats stay in your normal Instagram inbox. Reply yourself and the assistant steps back.

Questions we get a lot
Is this allowed by Instagram?
Yes. Slotwise runs on ManyChat, an official Meta Business Partner. It only replies to people who message you first, and never sends mass messages.
Will my clients know it's automatic?
It introduces itself as your booking assistant. Anything it can't answer is left for you, in your normal inbox.
Do I need to change my booking app?
No. The assistant sends people to the booking link you already use. Your calendar, deposits and reminders stay exactly where they are.
Do you need my Instagram password?
Never. You connect your account yourself with Instagram's official login button, and you can disconnect it any time.
Can I still answer DMs myself?
Of course. All messages stay in your Instagram inbox. When you reply yourself, the assistant steps back for that chat.
What if I change my prices or hours?
Send us a message and it's updated within one working day, at no extra cost.
What happens if I cancel?
You can stop any month, no contract. The setup stays in your own account, so nothing gets deleted behind your back.
Independent, personal, quick to fix things
Slotwise is a small, independent business that builds DM assistants for beauty pros. It exists for one reason: talented artists lose bookings to slow replies, simply because their hands are busy with a client.
Big booking platforms build one product for everyone. We build your assistant around how you already work, and you can reach a real person whenever something needs to change.
Questions? Message us on Instagram at @slotwise.app or email [email protected].
See it answer like it's your studio
Send us "DEMO" on Instagram and try it yourself in 30 seconds. Like it? We'll build one with your prices.
